I dunno, maybe it’s because I’ve reached Crone age and I’m getting just a bit crotchety, but lately I find myself with very little patience or attention to spend listening to folks tell their stories.
Not their spiritual stories, I never get tired of hearing about folks’ spiritual adventures and growth. But I find when folks are telling their life stories my mind sorta takes a vacation, and moves on to things that hold relevance right now today.
You know the sorta stories I mean…divorce, death, marriages, kids, broken hearts, health, money worries, all the usual stuff of living on this material plane. Seems to me that even folks who are seriously working on their spiritual path toward ascension are still mighty caught up in and connected to their stories. Even when relaying their experiences in spiritual growth, they tend to turn to past events as reference points in their lives.
I do understand that a lot of spiritual growth does arrive through the painful lessons we experience in our lifetimes. I recognize that the pain and suffering was important for the lessons we needed to acquire at that particular time. But that time is past.
One of the things that happens as we mature on our spiritual path is the cleansing, healing and releasing of old, done-with energies. Many of those energies are caught up in our stories. Even though we managed to get past the experiences, we are still bound and connected to those life events.
I think as we cleanse and heal our lives, we oughtta just let those stories go away. Picture them as actual material things, taking up space in Universe. We have our ‘stuff’ stored away because it holds no current value for us. We no longer need the stories, yet we can’t seem to let go of them. Sentimental attachment maybe, I dunno. But we seem to be only partly ready to let our stories go. We don’t reach our minds out into Universe and erase those experiences we’ve had and no longer require. We just stick them up there in our dusty old attic, ready and willing to drag them out, dust them off and share them with anyone who is prepared to listen.
I think perhaps our attachment to our personal stories is a bit of an anchor. We might just find it more difficult to reach full enlightenment if we don’t erase our past experiences and make room for new ones. We can’t do that if we are carrying our stories around with us all the time.
We have all had experiences, good ones, hurtful ones, difficult ones. In our spiritual growth we learn to move past those experiences, see them as finished and complete. They are not us. They are not our identity. The stories are just that, stories of something that happened in a space of time that no longer exists.
I’m not actually sure if having our old stuff stored up instead of releasing it has any effect on the Universe. Seems to me that negative situations will always be negative situations, even after they have been cleansed and healed. Once we get through learning from them, they move on somewhere else. Unless we get attached. So attached to who we were, and where we were, we don’t see Now completely.
So here’s a quick little trick you can perform in meditation. Go on up to that attic where you’ve been hanging on to your past, your stories, your reactions…all of it. Gather them all up. Form them into the shape of a flower in your mind. (Ah…come on…they can look like flowers from here).
Hold your flower up in front of you, and watch it grow, expand and ripen. Watch as it takes its full cycle, and begins to prepare to seed. Now notice that your flower has these little dandelion sorta fuzzy things, ready to carry the seed out into the world
Slip yourself into the energy of love and gratitude, and from the very depths of your being, draw a breath, and disperse all your old stories out into Universe.
Free yourself from old shadows. Let in more light. Try it…you’ll like it.

Let’s imagine that a god is born, in whatever way gods are born, or manifested, or created. We will name this young god God. He will be given the power of creation and sent out to play. He will have one instruction, do whatever you want, create whatever you want, but remember that when it’s time to come Home, you must bring everything you create in with you.
So, God set out to play. He created things to amuse himself. Eventually he had creation down to such an exact science he had created the known (material) Universe, and filled it with galaxies and planets and stars. As he grew and matured, his perspectives changed, so he expanded his Universe to include life forms. Who could possibly imagine how many life forms are living throughout Universe? But we do know the life forms of Earth, so we will talk about that.
So now God had Earth, and all the life forms up to mankind, which he gifted with free will. He settled in to play with his new toys. Perhaps he expected there to be a paradise. Perhaps he expected peace and love and rapid advancement. But human beings are nosey creatures. We are always reaching toward the reasons and causes of everything. We wanna know what goes on behind the scenes. So, yep, those first folks went on, had a look behind the scenes, and discovered duality.
God, got sorta upset by this. Tossed those folks right outta paradise into the realm of duality. Later on in the stories of the Old Testament we find God handing out rule books, well one rule book, carved in stone. "This is how it’s gonna be, this is how the game works, follow these rules and you will find paradise again..."
But, oh, no, not mankind. We aren’t real good at following the rules. Even ten perfectly easy to understand rules. We much prefer setting our own rules to suit ourselves. So God gives up the Mr. Nice Guy role, and becomes jealous and vengeful. He began doing really childish tantrum sorta things, like raining down frogs and grasshoppers. Gross stuff, like a kid would do. But, again, mankind didn’t much listen.
That carried on for a while, God being angry and vengeful, humans learning lessons through suffering and pain. I guess at some level God musta thought things were going along OK, cause he sorta kicked back to watch things unfold.
Now keep in mind that the veil wasn’t like it is today. These folks still had a fair handle on how things really worked. It was strictly their use of free will that caused the separation between men and God. So there were floods, and folks turned into salt pillars, all sorta punishments. But folks just kept going their own way, getting farther and farther from the Truth in themselves.
Folks in those days had really long lifetimes, like a thousand years. God was getting anxious for his creation to return to the True way of thinking, and decided maybe it takes more than one lifetime to figure it out. Now, God, at that stage of his evolution was not particularly patient, so he decided that it would take entirely too long to re-member if every man had to live thousand and thousands of years of lifetimes. I guess he musta zapped human DNA or something, anyway, he arranged it so folks evolved into much shorter lives.
He mighta thought he had the problem licked then, see what happens with more and shorter lifetimes in which man could re-member. So he settled back to watch.
But a strange thing happened. Instead of re-membering, folks still got farther and farther away from Truth. OK, so God sends down a few messengers with reminders. Gods, sorta demi-gods, who could interact with mankind while in direct connection with God himself. So the gods came on down to Earth and tried to run the show on God’s behalf. The gods used fear and power to control the people. Worked for awhile too, but then the gods themselves became so involved in humanity and duality, they eventually forgot the Truth, and began to fight among themselves. Eventually, they ended themselves. (Some of the old gods may have been kept alive through the Hindu faith).
God, growing much more patient as he evolved, decided to just let mankind work things out for themselves, and left them to it. But, again,
Mankind kept slipping farther away from Truth.
I think perhaps God thought something along the lines of if you want something done right, do it yourself. So God replicated himself in a man named Jesus of Nazareth, and went about telling the folks the real deal himself. I dunno if he thought that was gonna do the trick. But it didn’t. So God sent down all sorta guides and messengers to help folks find their way back to the light. God had evolved a whole lot by then, so he sent loving, compassionate guides. Some listened, some didn’t.
So, here we are, a perfect planet in a perfect universe and we don’t wanna play by God’s rules. This is a really big problem for God. When it’s time for him to go Home, he has to bring everything he creates in with him.
In order for him to bring his creations in with him, they must evolve to vibrate at a frequency that’s much higher than our normal frequency. You have to vibrate at exactly the matching frequency for each dimension you move through. The last dimension, becoming one again with God, vibrates at a frequency we cannot even imagine. But, if God is to evolve, and we are to assist him, we must raise our frequencies to match his.
That’s what we are attempting to do, right here, right now. Fuel the light and energy that God needs to ascend.
But, we seem to be dragging the chain. Folks from all other sorta planets and galaxies and dimensions seem to be watching what plays out on Earth. You almost get the feeling that God is near his own ascension point, and Earth has to get it right to complete that ascension.
That’s why we are invited to experience energies on the planet that we have never known before. That’s why it seems everywhere you look and everyone you meet is reflecting the changing awareness on the planet. Look at the tools we have developed to ‘see behind the scenes’. Science now works nearer and nearer to Truth. Individual awakenings are taking place all around the world, every minute of the day.
Perhaps this is the way we experience God’s yearning to ascend and expand his own awareness. As it is Above, so it is below. God wants to go Home and he wants his loved ones to go with him.

Didja ever wonder what it might feel like to be Earth? Mother Earth, Planet Earth?
We’ve learned that Earth is a living, thinking, breathing consciousness. Nobody actually said so, at least that I’ve seen, but I assume Earth is self aware and has an image of herself. Presumably she can see her past and future in exactly the same way we do, with, perhaps, a much higher perspective. So how do you suppose she must feel, right now today, with all the negative energies swirling around the planet, even though the lightworkers do their best to keep them at bay?
Let’s imagine a story for Earth. Let’s go back to that time before there was an earth. When everything was drifting about in pre-creation forms of energy. God got this great idea for a new work of creation. How about if he created a whole material Universe? OK, great plan! So he did, he created our Universe. Then his next grand scheme was to create life to populate his Universe. When he decided he was going to add life to his creation he needed a certain sorta environment in which to raise that life. You know, sorta like we keep aquariums. There had to be the perfect blend of exactly the right bits and pieces to support life, so God decided to create a special planet (or lots for all I know) and set up certain conditions for particular species of life to live in.
When he called for volunteers, a bunch of partiki volunteered to become earth, and everything on it, in it and around it. (Partiki are the smallest units of consciousness drifting around waiting in pre-creation state.)
So over billions of years, Earth grows and evolves until it is absolute perfection. And God sends down life. Life adapts well, and all is absolute perfection. Everything is living in perfect order, perfect divine order.
For awhile.
Then life evolves itself into humanity. Whoah! Does this ever change things.
Oh, yeah, they went along with the program for a while, a few ages or so, but then they lost sight of who was running the show. Instead of seeing the Earth as their Mother/Goddess, they started seeing her as a resource for their own… I would say needs, but maybe wants is more to the point.
So, all of a sudden Earth goes from being the respected matriarch who is in charge of the well being of the planet as a whole, to being relegated to a commodity to be reshaped and reformed in accordance with the ever expanding thinking of humankind.
Mother Earth can live with that. There are beginning to be a whole lotta folks on the planet. Ways to feed and provide for them needed to be improved or all the animals and food producing plant life will be destroyed. Technology comes to earth.
So for a lotta years, folks tended the Earth, feeding and nourishing her so that she would provide them with the foods and materials they needed for survival. It was a simple, rhythmic sorta life, and it suited the Mother just fine.
The downside of this particular plan was that people began to feel they ‘owned’ the particular part of Earth where they grew their food and raised their families. As soon as folks started owning things, along came envy, and along with envy came all the seven deadly sins. Divisions started up. Clans, councils, villages, and eventually, nations.
Feeling that they ‘owned’ the part of earth that was ‘theirs’, folks forgot all about Mother Earth and her abundant bounty. They started believing they were the ones creating the miracles. It was their ground, their seeds, they did all the hard work. Who did they have to thank but themselves?
Somewhere along the way money and power jumped onto the scene. We started putting a price on Mother Earth herself. If I ‘own’ my little patch of Earth, I can sell it, right?
Technology stepped up a huge notch, really, really quickly. There is money and power now. Folks started climbing all over themselves to get what they consider to be their fair share. Mankind invented more and more methods of damaging Mother Earth, not to mention ourselves.
We have the tools and equipment to wipe out whole rain forests in the blink of an eye. We have discovered wonderful uses for chemicals that often turn out to be not so wonderful after all. We make products that will take hundreds of years to decompose. We are a smart race, by gosh!
We use our rivers and seas as sewers. We continue to use fossil fuels, knowing full well the damage they are doing. We keep on having wars and blowing holes in the Mother. We even have the audacity to leave stuff inside Mother herself after we get through playing war. Stuff that not only blows holes in Mother Earth, but blows up bits and pieces of people as well. Lotta kids missing limbs from mines leftover from wars.
So what do you think she’s feeling? Earth has spent the last umpteen million years becoming Earth. Getting everything exactly right. She put on her best bib and tucker for the arrival of mankind. Beautiful crystal clear rivers and seas. Mountains higher than we can see to the top. Canyons so majestic that words can hardly describe them. And when this was completed, she brought in life forms, beautiful majestic life forms, to bring the planet ‘to life’. So by the time we got here, everything was here for us. Mother Earth spread a beautiful and endlessly abundant world out for us, and sat back to watch us enjoy it.
Well, we all know what happened next. Humans have basically messed up, until today we find ourself in desperate straights, facing global warming and all sorta other not nice stuff.
Is she sad you think? Sad to watch her perfect and beautiful creation polluted and raped for minerals and whatever else will generate money?
Do you suppose Mother Earth still lives in hope that things can be turned around? That she’s a big time fan of humanity? The sorta fan that just keeps on coming to every single game, even when their team hasn’t won for ages?
Is she worn out and weary? Is she disappointed?
We are hearing a lot about the New Earth lately. That Earth is going to shift from third dimension to fourth dimension frequencies. There is a mad scramble among those who want to go with Earth. A scramble to find the way to move ourselves up in vibration.
What will the Mother do? Will she ascend, and take the enlightened ones with her, even though some will have to be left behind? Will she replicate herself in her original pristine condition in some other time/space for the transition?
No matter what she does, I hope that we, the human beings inhabiting Earth at this time, make all the right choices, so that in whatever form, Mother Earth may continue to live on in perfection.
The one thing, (besides love of course), that I would really like for Mother Earth to feel…. Is proud of us.

So much information jumps out at you these days. Gone mainstream. I’m not sure, is it just me? Does anyone else notice that stuff that woulda been called new age mumbo jumbo a few years ago is pretty much out there and accepted these day?
At this particular time in my life I have the luxury of spending a lot of my time working my spiritual path. It’s been a long path, and I had a multitude of ‘blank spaces’ along the way, but after doing the whole kid- raising-career-ladder-climb thing, I am finally free to devote myself to my passion.
I’m sure you guys know what I mean by ‘blank spaces’. I’ve heard some folks call it amnesia. It’s those times when we step outta our spiritual path for awhile and sorta live on the fringes. Some folks call it falling asleep at the wheel. That’s not a bad thing, I don’t think. Maybe those are the times when we are working through our Karmic experiences.
Hmmm…strange that, huh? The hardest times, when we most need our spiritual resources, we sorta hide them from ourselves. I wonder why we do that? Anyway, I reckon those blank spaces must be for the experiences, the lessons, we need to fulfil our Karmic requirements. Once we’ve received the lesson, we sorta pick up our spiritual path again.
But, I’ve gotten sidetracked. The thing I wanted to say was that I have made heaps of time for myself just to surf the internet and see what information is actually out there. Not about how to prepare for ascension, that’s everywhere. But what happens afterwards.
I surf around the internet using my gypsy fortune-telling method, which consists of taking an idea I’m thinking about, sticking it in Google and following the yellow brick road. One link leads me to many more, which lead to more, and on and on.
I’ve seen a picture of Universe. Now I want someone to, well…"reflect and confirm" is an expression I’ve seen somewhere recently, and it fits. I want to bounce my thoughts and feelings off someone who has seen the same picture. But I can’t find anyone.
I’ve read hundreds, geeze, maybe thousands of articles, attended online classes, read books, soaked up everything I can get my hands on where folks talk about the mysteries of Universe.
Thing is, everybody seems to be saying exactly the same sort things, only with a different ‘cast’. Some folks talk about energy forms that represent ourselves as we exist in other dimensions. Some folks talk about UFO’s and crop circles. Atlantis and Lemuria . Other folks talk about angels and guides. Some folks have animal guides and totems. Some folks still worship old gods. Then there’s the whole Galactic Confederation vs the Galactic Federation school of thought. But, ultimately, they all seem to agree that the point of life on Earth is to return to become one with Source.
So how come, I gotta wonder, are there still differences of opinion and divisions? I thought once we had our awakening, everything would be crystal clear on the next level of awareness. But what I saw, and what these folks see, well they just don’t jive up.
So, I figured I’d better do some research and find out what was going on. I gotta admit, I started with science. I made a point of leaving the space stuff for last, as it resonated less than anything else.
So I hopped onto the net and read everything I could find about the science of Universe, and consciousness. There’s a heap of stuff out there. Some stuff was obviously written by scientists for scientists, and mostly went over my head, but there are some really good sites for the layman as well. I skimmed around in quantum theory, string theory, holographics and whatever I could find on the subject. OK, Yep, I understood that, it all made sense to me. Sorta explained the way I re-membered Universe.
Then, from pure science/mathematics, I branched off to those folks who translate that scientific material into spiritual, to help folks understand. Folks like Alan Cohen, Michael Beckwith, our own teachers here at our classes. Yep, OK, again, I can see their picture and understand it.
Then I thought I’d better check out the Atlantis and Lemuria stories, because those two names just keep on coming up in what I’m reading. Yep, OK, that could be true. Makes sense to me that previous times of humanity came to the end of themselves…we are beginning to realize that is exactly what we are doing to ourselves. It even stands to reason that the learning of those two civilizations is out there somewhere waiting for us to discover. In the form of some new dimension, or awareness, perhaps.
Now on to the Galactic ‘derations. From my understanding these folks are meant to be beings from some other planet/world/dimension/time. They, like us, are life forms who have evolved to a high stage of awareness. They are, supposedly, here to help us when Earth ascends. They talk about physically evacuating folks to a new planet being prepared for the folks who don’t want to or aren’t ready to ascend with Mother Earth.
Now that much I can get my head around. The part that loses me is that there seem to be two different Galactic ‘derations. Confederation beings are the white hats, and the Federation guys being black hats. Now, I will be the very first to admit I have only researched this very lightly. Maybe someone can tell me the real deal if I’ve got it wrong. But it seems to me that any time you get divisions or factions, you gotta be dealing with duality. To experience duality you have to believe in the separation from All That Is.
So that can’t possibly work for us after enlightenment. We know better, we understand that All Is One. That there may be Galactic beings out there I can accept. I can even accept that they may not be one hundred percent light beings. I just can’t seem to work out their place in the bigger picture.
So after all that research what did I end up with? A mind path I can follow and understand. Something that makes sense of the picture of Universe I see.
Maybe some other folks find their path lined with Galactic beings, Alantians and Lemurians. Maybe there are some dimensions where these Galactic guys hang out to help the folks who wander down their particular path. Maybe some folks are guided by angels or other forms of guide. I do know that science speaks to me. I can align myself with the idea of particles, and waves, and frequencies. I can align myself with creation, our own ability, and original creation. I can clearly see the story about templates, and holographs and how energy develops into…well, everything.
What I don’t see, though, is why so many folks are looking for labelled and defined paths. Why is there still a need for alignment with one story or another? Why do we still feel the need for someone, or something, to come along, hold our hand and lead us where we need to go?
In the end, no matter what path you started on, it ends up being a personal one-on-one thing. You and….well, God is as good a word as any.

In the physical world, different rates of vibration result in different kinds of effects. But vibrations that are high on the physical plane may be low on the spiritual plane. The key is knowing how vibration is defined differently on the spiritual plane compared to the physical.
In the spiritual dimension, negative energy is lower vibration because it is denser and heavier. Positive energy is higher vibration because it is finer and lighter.
All negative energy makes you feel trapped and heavy. All positive energy makes you feel free and light. That is the difference between joy and grief, peace and stress, clarity and frustration.
Negative energy is emotional burden while positive energy is emotional freedom. Emotions are truly spiritual in nature. It is important to know that energy attracts more energy of the same kind. Positive emotions attract more positive emotions whereas negative emotions attract more negative emotions.
Energy on the spiritual plane will also attract corresponding scenarios on the physical plane. Feeling positive will result in more good things happening to you as if you are charmed or magnetic towards blessings. Feeling negative will lead to more undesirable things happening as if you are cursed or can’t seem to help pulling bad things into your life.
Emotion and thinking are symbiotic, one never exists without the other. Whenever one seems to exist without the other, it means the other is subconscious. Your thinking affects your emotion and your emotion affects your thinking. Your physiology also affects your emotion. But your physiology affects your emotion by affecting your subconscious mind which is the faculty of your emotion.
Certain negative emotions are not negative in the truest sense when they are meant to propel you to take action that is constructive. Anger and anxiety are emotions of a state that give you energy to take action. They are in between dense and light because they are dynamic.
Anger is felt when there is a need to handle something that is trying to hurt you. Anger can be converted into well being through assertiveness. Anxiety is felt when there is a need to protect something from being taken away. Anxiety can be converted into confidence by doing courage. Such emotions although not entirely negative can be considered negative when compared with higher emotions of well being and confidence that are more positive. Higher vibrations are usually better.
Negative emotion can be converted into positive emotion through right thinking and acting. The only problem is when those emotions are handled immaturely resulting in a regression from anger to depression or anxiety to avoidance. Depression and avoidance are emotional states that rob you of energy. Those are the true negative emotions we should acknowledge and be with in order to know what we truly want and allow ourselves to act authentically towards it.
Anything that is truly negative subtracts energy. Otherwise it can be considered positive in one way or another.
Good thoughts also attract good situations in your life while bad thoughts attract bad situations. The stronger the thoughts, the stronger the emotions. When you change your thoughts, you change everything.
It is by this power that the forces of life are transformed from one condition to another. Magic is the mental manipulation of quantum forces to reshape the reality matrix continuum.
The most powerful force of the mind is its ability to create, control and change reality. This is the true magic of life! The more joyful, happy and “light-hearted” you are, the higher will be your corresponding overall rate of vibration. The higher your inherent rate of vibration, the more powerful will be your attractive powers will be. Joy is a very high emotion and therefore high state of vibration and Energy along with Unconditional Love. The more joyful you are the higher will be your rate of vibration and the more aligned you will be to The Source. This in turn will enable you to manifest your desires much more freely.
On the physical level, higher and lower vibrations are neither positive or negative. On the spiritual level, higher vibrations are always more positive than lower vibrations.
Low spiritual vibrations are caused by imbalance of physical vibrations. Balancing physical vibrations results in high spiritual vibrations.
This is the difference and correlation of the nature of vibration between the physical and spiritual level of reality.
Having this higher level of awareness helps you to see beyond the matrix of physical reality.
